Window Sash Lock

Hi,

I live in an NYC apartment that has aluminum double hung windows. Recently, I tried to remove the lower window and I realized that there are window sash locks preventing the window from being removed. The sash lock seems to require a key but I have no idea what type of key is needed.

Can anyone help identify the tool/key needed to open window sash locks?

Haven't run into one of those personally, have you tried removing that phillips head screw?
