I have multiple windows in the house that have this marking, on all the vapor seal has broken on either the top, bottom of the window or both. They are all tilt in windows. I am trying to identify the manufacturer - and possibly the installation company. I am told most of these windows have lifetime warranties.

Glass is usually only 20years. See if you have any other stickers in the head if the frame if Double hung or on the sides of the sashes.
Keep in mind if you find anything more promising more than likely you will get a the glass pack only which will have installation charges .
