Viplex windows

I have viplex window in my unit and all of them will not stay open. As soon as I open them they want to slam shut again... What is going on how do I get them to stay open.

They are not set into the cams
The cams or pins on the sash broke
The balance/coil spring broke.
Got any broken parts in the well?
Any pics?

Nothing seems to be broken. They all have these clips on the to sill of the window but don't click into anything.
