I just bought a house that was built in 2000 with wood Windsor Windows. Several of the sashes were replaced with what I've been told are Ply Gem sash replacement kits in 2015. They are vinyl and have a sticker from Sept 2015 that says J40DHSA. I've been told this may be a Ply Gem Jefferson 400 series but I'm not sure. The sticker doesn't even say Ply Gem or any brand on it. They match the wooden sashes so perfectly I'm hoping someone can tell me where to get them.
This is what a small window looks like with the grids and all

Does Ply Gem or Windsor Windows still make this sash?
Does Ply Gem or Windsor Windows still make this sash?

Have you tried them? What is the etching in the bottom corner of the glass?

I filled out the contact form on Ply Gem's website but haven't heard back.
That is the Windsor Windows branding on the original windows. I actually tried contacting them a month or so ago but they only give you names of distributors and all the ones I called in NC basically said they don't come out and look at things and acted clueless about whether their Revive series of sash replacements would look like mine. Pretty disappointing all around. That's why I was hoping someone here would know someone I could go to with the knowledge of these.
