Dear Forum experts,
I have undergone issues with my window install this weekend and a lot of my windows are now cracked. Builder grade aluminium windows from a 15 year old stucco home were replaced with Don Young alum 8200 single hung windows (double pane, LowE with argon gas). I've attached sample cracks and there are at least 8-10 windows out of a total of 30 that we installed with these types of cracks.
Before I talk with the owner of the company this week, I am trying to get your generous opinion on what recourse I have to fix this issue. Obviously, I cannot accept the windows in an as-is state. I'm also concerned that the argon gas may have leaked because of the crack since it is sealed between the double pane window and any crack will compromise and cause argon gas leakage.
In terms of payment, I have made 75% of the payment so far and I don't intend to pay any more until this is fixed. Can the experts please chime in to let me know how I should have this conversation with the owner? Is this a matter of fixing and patching the windows or a full window replacement warranted? Some of these windows especially the large window piece above my main door has an astronomically large crack on it.
I would appreciate how best to navigate this situation. I really appreciate your help. I've attached sample pictures below (including the large crack above our main door).

Sorry the first 2 pictures with red circles are not cracks. I was incorrect. But the rest of the cracks are real. I wanted to clear this up so my credibility isn't questioned. Thank you.

The others don't look like cracks either.
If it is indeed a crack than the component needs to be replaced.

Once again WoW and Toddinmn, thank you so much for helping me avoid a blowup and/or heart attack with the contractor. After 11 mo of waiting and difficulties with install, this has got to have been one of the most stressful moments. I don't know how to thank you for your advice. I hope you both have a wonderful close of the month and a blessed 2023 with booming business.
