Re: Replacement window options - Austin, TX
Meh...to me...it's a stretch. So much of it is behind the screen (assuming you go full screens) that 8K for that little 1.5" - 2" reveal around the frame is a hefty premium.
Re: Replacement window options - Austin, TX
Thanks! Likely not going full screens. Haven’t really thought about it and unsure if NT offers it.
8k is a pretty big premium for sure. One company charges a flat $400 for split frames
Hmmm

normally the mfg does all the painting/finishing.
all white, all almond, or split finish all work.
I would do all almond.

Our interior has white trim, and we think that almond might stand out and date the interior.

I looked through my files to see if I had anything to show you for comparison. I’ve attached the closest brick I found, with white frames. It’s not a perfect match, but it may be helpful as you consider the options.

Aren't your soffits, facias, and gutters almond?
Re: Replacement window options - Austin, TX
They are. We are likely going to bite the bullet and go split frame
