okna 500 vs 800

#1 Post by minxkohl@yahoo.com »

I'm 75 years old & am looking at okna. Is the 800 worth the extra bucks over the 500 & 600?

My personal choice is the 800DX.
But you need to figure this out for you:
Do you like the 800 handle vs the lift rail?
Do you have a budget constraint?
Do you have any other windows you are trying to match?
If I did not do the 800DX I would choose the 600DX

I think so as well. Depends on the delta of course, but its a great window.

Ask to see the Okna 600. Basically has all the features as the 800 but with a more narrow and sleek frame. It's a very nice window.
Did you also look at Soft Lite ( elements or LS elite) ?

+1. The 800 is better. The cost difference is key as to whether its "worth it" or not, as the 500 and 600 are also great choices.
