Slider screen replacement bottom rollers

#1 Post by niki »

I have a slider patio door probably installed in the mid 1994ish. I need bottom rollers for the screen and I am sure the product is Anderson, however when I called customer service they could help because the information I took from the bottom of the window is as follows:
CTG Tempered
16 CFE 1201 II
SGCC 1806 5/32 U
When I entered this info on a google search it come up Anderson product but the customer service person said the slider had to have an Anderson logo which it doesn't, however all my windows are Anderson with the logo.
I just need the product number of the replacement rollers.

There is normally an Andersen serial number etched into the bottom right corner of the glass. Sometimes they install the glass upside down or flipped so check all of the corners.

A piece of paper to hold on the outside section of the glass should help with the contrasting to read the number as it is pretty faint.
