Looking for window shims that goes under the lock on the window to help make it tighter and air from leaking in. Do you have a picture or any idea where you would get these?
Thank you,
Cindy Cole

I'm assuming you have a double or single hung, maybe a slider? Most the time you have some adjustment in one or the other. The keeper is the non active side of the lock. You can usually loosen the screw and slide it over to create more force to the latch. It may also be the other way around. You may be able to slide the latch mechanism over. If not this then maybe your pile or tube weather stripping on the sash is worn or lost. Call your local Andersen rep. They will usually stop out and take a look at no charge. Tell them it's leaking air!! Good Luck!!!
