My condo which I have just purchased has 5 aluminum windows and an aluminum storm door. The screens don't work and a couple of the windows won't go up or down. I am on a fixed income, but want to find out what it would cost me to replace these windows. The exterior of the building is brick. Several other units have replaced their's but not recently I think. I am on the ground floor so I want to be able to lock them when open a little bit.
