My daughter bought a house & it has the brand name Portal on the lock latch. She needs to get a few windows repaired because of sweat inside the panes and also a broken pane. Has anyone heard of Portal or know where she can have them repaired. Thanks.

Pam if they are double pane windows your local glass shop should be able to reglaze them for you with matching double pane glass. If they can match the glass thickness they should be able to do it. The question arises would it be cost effective to reglaze them or to change them completly. I would price around and the weigh your options.
