What do you think of Simonton Impressions? We have a quote of 8100 inlucding installation for 13 windows and a patio door. We are in San Diego. Should we consider Schuco instead? If so, what line should we have priced?

Unfortunately, Schuco has not yet built their plant in California, so they are not available to you yet.
Simonton is a decent brand, but be careful where you buy it as prices for the exact same window can vary as much as $500 per window depending who is selling it. Shop around for both price and quality of installation.
