I need/want 6 double hung vinyl windows. I feel the more I read the more confused I get. I had someone selling Preservations come to my home last week. Stayed 3 hrs. and offered them at 1185/window. Within a few minutes and a few phone calls to his manager he came down to 817/window which is still more than my budget. I had not wanted to go over 500/window. It looked like a very nice, high end window. I didn't know this company was selling a Lexus of a window or I wouldn't have wasted 3 hrs. of my time and his. I don't feel I need the triple pane/krypton fill. I'm in central VA-fairly mild climate. I wanted to try to find a Schuco dealer in my area but I don't want to waste my time or anyone else's. Would Schuco be possible w/ my budget constraints or should I keep looking?
