Does anyone happen to know who the schuco dealer for Massachusetts is? Also what is Schuco' website address?

I was told by Schuco that the dealer for my part of western mass was New England Sash out of Worcester. Their lack of phone skills (long holds & disconnected) in addition to their failure to shop up for a scheduled appointment (and no phone call or message to cancel/reschedule) left me with enough of a bad taste in my mouth that despite my interest in Schuco I went with an alternative window.

Not sure where you are but I'm told that FJB is the dealer in at least part of MA. 866.543.0505 Apparently they handle part of MA, NY, all of CT and RI.
