Window World Series 4000 is a good affordable product
Installed by Window World, Fredericksburg of VA
When installation day arrived, team was on site, old windows were taken out, only to learn that measurements for new ones were inaccurate and windows had to be re-ordered. Weeks later, furniture moved again (we are old) and this time all went well. Approached owner about receiving a price break due to lack of professionalism, but was refused...commissions abound, even for the incompetent. Beware.

The sash of these large slider windows is bowed. They came that way, and the installer said "There's only three types of people in Yuma, none of them care, and that's all that works at Alside."

Sub contractor showed up to install on time, but quickly balked when he realized it was a second floor install. Stated he didn't have a ladder that tall. He left, and I called the salesman and chewed him out. He sent the installers back, finally, two hours later. What happened after that is a complete debacle. In 7 hours, they got one window in. They couldn't get the second to fit, so they Jerry-rigged it in place and left! A week later I'm still dealing with it, and the owner is supposedly coming out in one more week to fix it. These guys are hacks. Buyer BEWARE.
Price quoted for three windows was around $1600. They were the cheapest estimate I received, and now I know why. Run. Very unprofessional and the windows are average at best.

While well constructed the seams could have been a lot smoother and look finished more than they did.

Completed work in a very profesional manor. Roger and helper showed up on time. Worked without taking a lunch break. Did not want to eat because of the heat.
