Beware of Harvey Majesty windows! I recently purchased two Majesty windows for my family room. What a nightmare. Everyone is commenting on the GREEN tint and how awful they look from the outside as you pass my house. If that is not bad enough, when you enter my room the walls, blinds and curtains have a GREEN hue. The Harvey representative came out and made me feel like I was crazy, saying the windows looked clear to him. He agreed to replace the sashes saying that should improve the clarity. Well, the new windows are not much better....still GREEN. I am sick over this whole situation. The cost to me is over $1300.00. I saved quite a while to purchase what I thought would be a good wood interior window. I feel it is a misrepresentation to call these clear windows. The consumer should be made aware of the fact that these windows will have a tint of Green to them. Harvey's meaning of clear and that to the rest of the world is totally different. I had hope that this company would be fair and refund the cost of the windows but they could care less. What an awful experience! I hope this review helps someone else avoid the stress and financial loss I am struggling through. I don't know where to turn for satisfaction. I guess there is some meaning to the saying," buyer beware".
