Window installed on 7/30 the next day the metal bar in the middle of the screen fell out, it was broken from the factory and just put in the window. Now have to wait for a replacement. took them 2 months to make a new window as the Company that I ordered it from put in the wrong color and now could not even get a new unbroken screen. If it took that long to make a new window don't know how long I will have to wait for a replacement screen Also the outside window has a sandstone finish but underneath the bay window they put in a white vinyl seat. Not satisfied that this was not color matched. Also inside sash was also white sticks out like a sore thumb when the window is open Think that for the price of a double hung window on the sides of a bay they could have used more than a plastic lock Overall though on a very hot sunny day, the window was cool to the touch and will save on electric bills, without people knowing of my complaint about the screen there are compliments on the window including a competitor who did my siding

Could not ask for better installers. These 2 guys were great. Took their time and made sure everything was done correctly. Very personable and a pleasure to have in my home

Windows are beautiful, however I'm having issues with outside air coming in thru the lock system.

Windows look fantastic. Windows were installed in the summer, it's now January and we can feel a HUGE difference compared to our previous windows. No more drafts coming from the Windows. This was our first time down the Window Replacement road, we had estimates from 6 different companies, while the Sunrise Restorations were not the cheapest windows they are far and away worth the $$ we spent.

No other window company could tell me the R rating and the air infiltration rate. My windows have an R rating of 21 and air infiltration of .1.

What I liked the best about Home Smart is how professional the installers where. They cleaned after themselves everynight and it took them only 2 days.
