Springs on double hung windows constantly pop when opening the windows resulting in the window not staying open. They just fall down. Have had area rep out to the house six times in two years and issue continues.

Windows are not level vertically in the openings. This makes finishing the openings difficult as the oak boxing needs to be cut at an angle or windows readjusted and leveled in the opening.
Over priced for the quality of the mechanisms.
