This is my second winter with these windows. I live in upper Michigan where are winters are rough, well everyone of these windows ice up on the inside. they tell me this is normal? none of my friends have this problem with there Anderson and pella windows. wallside tells me I have to much humidity in my home I have humidity around 22% at outside temps of 20 these are side slide double hung windows and only ice up where they are supposed to seal. A rep came up from the factory afew days ago and put a thicker felt seal in one window. Well didn't help my one window leaks so bad with a 12mph wind outside it will almost blow out a match. spent $5000.00 on what I consider a junk product. And a topper they had a buy one get one free deal but the salesman told me it would be in my best interest to get the fed, tax credit instead. Got nothing on tax credit.check with your tax person before you fall for this deal.still going to call about replacing windows only good thing is windows have a 30yrs warrenty that is transferable. My advice spend alittle more $ and get a better name brand window.

These clowns came out of Farmington hills,mich. is all I know maybe they weren't happy to drive 200 plus miles to get to me I'm not sure but install was horrible two windows installed cockeyed spray foam all over my inside walls, tore my dry wall paper off with tape silicone job so bad I had them drive back and redo it. Still bad job but they where pissed and I will take it up with the factory.
Just check with your tax person on fed tax credits because unless you already have enough credits you will not get this credit. Take the bo go deal if offered.

I have 3 new Wallside Windows which are made in Michigan, 2 are double hung and also a $4000.00 bow window. Last winter I had solid ice on the inside of my bow window on all five panes, called customer service and that tried to tell me this was normal, 4 months later they finally replace all 5 panes, will have to wait till next winter to see if the problem is fixed. My double hungs let water in when they are washed from the outside, again Wallside this is normal. I also have 6 Siminton 5500 windows, the Siminton is a far better window than Wallside.
