It seems Earthwise is the name of the window that somehow a company called Newton Slocumb makes and Dream House owns it and markets it. Could you please explain the "relationship" these three have because it doesn't make sense to me

I am confused on the "relationship" between Dream House - Newton Slocumb - and Earthwise windows. They all have different warranties (Earthwise has 2) but they seem to be the same window. Please help
