I hope you did not buy from IWC.

Only their fixed windows are .20 and qualify to be considered R-5 windows. Their operable units are .23 or higher. Still these are good numbers and they do have NFRC labels on the units we have ordered.

If you need operable R-5 windows I would look for Atrium Windows.

Is anybody building an R-5 dual pane window? I know PPG and Guardian both offer R-5 dual pane glass combos but I haven't found anyone using it yet. What is the word on this?
