Good, my wife REALLY likes the look of the casement windows. i noticed that the Sunrise casements dont just open they pivot out so technicly my wife could if she ever wanted to was both sides from the inside and out that was one heavy duty hinge and gears on that..much more durable than the Vinyllit...
