If I have to choose I think Window World is little better but you are not getting quality eather way. WW is Alside window. it is Ok for the money ( about $360 installed compaired to Good quality window @ $480 -$620). I you can afford it go with something better.

They look Ok. Not great. Glass is good as far as energy savings but frame is OK. If they are not expensive they are Ok in my book. They use good vinyl and it will last in NC.
How much are you paying for them?

Also, is triple pane a lot better than double pane?

I do not find triple better than double as far as energy savings. It cost more than it's worth.
Alside is OK window for the price when is honestly priced.
