hi all.

if i understand correct, windows with a u-factor of 0.38 and SHGC of 0.59 would not be considered energy star in the northeast, correct? it needs a u-factor of less than or equal to 0.35, right? just want to be sure.

thanks! i am having to re-do one of the windows. i did everything i could to get it level, and it was just a little off. like the bubble was touching the line rather than right in the middle. but today i was noticing that you can tell on the bottom it is off. i need to take it out and re-do it asap....

inside, yes. they have lowE, but no argon gas. they aren't that close to the shower, and the one that would be closer has no problem.

thanks--i appreciate the honesty. $300 installed would mean about $150 a window or $200 a window, right? I am doing the install, which is where i was looking to go.
