Both the sunrise and okna are worlds above harvey, the reason why harvey is so ubiquitous in your area is due to harvey having so many distributors in new england, that is also where they are made. Harvey also sells their windows to anyone with a pulse.
The fact that you will have 2 sunrise estimates amd one okna, i think that is plenty. More than that and things kind of get confusing and does nothing to really help the home owner.

Between the Okna and Sunrise, you have 2 of the top 4 manufacturers in my opinion and a pretty good representative sample of high end products.
