These windows are the worst, I had them installed in my new home 12 years ago and all of them have had to been replaced at least once if not more. I'm now installing completely new windows through out the entire house which is absurd after only 12 years. To start with they were not sealed correctly on the inside from the factory, then all the weather stripping fell off, then the seals blew. They come out and replace them, but the replacements were not even lasting a year before new issues would surface. I'm going with Pella's now.
