Pella by far in my opinon is best. Service, quality, etc.
I work with both and there is no doubt in my mind Pella is the better of the two.

YOUR installers didnt want to or were not capable of or paid enough t o change a header to accomodate the doors. I will give them credit for saying no way only if the exterior is brick or block. If your width is at least 72 inches or 61 inches for a 5 foot door then a simple sill drop should have be...

1) Did you insulate around the gaps of the replacements? 2) Did you caulk the windows to the stops? 3) When you look down at the interlocks (where the top a bottom sash meet together) do you see daylight in the corners where they meet together? If you do you did not shim properly. 4) Did you lay a b...

They almost sound like old Pella windows. Steel frames with wood clad interiors. If they are you must remove the whole window to the studs. Also do not throw the hardware away if they are Pella. Put it on E bay I have heard people desire these items. Might not be true but I'm jus sayin. Send a pictu...

The last five I replaced was 6 months ago. They were leaking at the gaskets where the jambs were attached at the bottom corners. Also the recycled exterior trim looked horrible and should have been replaced by the installer. They didnt even remove the shutters to caulk down the sides of the coil. (s...

Your swiggle seal, mechanical frame, over priced, inferior product is out dated and its days are numbered. OH and by the way the discount for putting the sign in the customers yard for life is so tacky and absurd. I cant believe people still fall for it. If they said heck no youd still give them the...
