When did the NFRC/AAMA set the rule for the maximum air infiltration rate to be 0.3? Has the rate standard ever been higher, like 0.4?

Does anybody know the Marvin Ultimate air infiltration rating? I don't see it listed on their site; should I assume it's 0.3? If it is 0.3 then what is the most energy efficient wood window available?

I like Marvin windows the best. They're beautiful. I saw one in person and it had a pretty narrow profile. I don't know how it compares to Okna though.

So why do fiberglass windows typically cost a lot more? As far as air infiltration numbers are concerned, is it safe to say high end vinyl windows like soft lite have a much lower air infiltration rating? I can't even find Marvin's air infiltration ratings anywhere.
