3D Max the the low-e 3 glass that you NEED. It also has argon gas, that you might not need. Milgard does not use the foam spacer here in California, but might still use it in your area.

Tuscany line. On your Simonton 5050 products, that series is not offered to my company on the West coast. The u-values and SHGC are adequate. If you have priced this from a 'box' store, keep shopping. Good Luck

They are out of Arizona. Builders grade at best. But the price is SO low. Solar has been in the window business for at least 15 years.

Of these 2 brands and models, I would recommend Superior Cornerstone for the warranty and service. Superior does not really do any advertising, but is a solid window. The Cornerstone is their budget offering. Read carefully the Amsco warranty.
