Can anyone shed some light why I would go with the OKNA over the Simonton windows? I received a quote for about $7000.00 for 12 dh windows and 1 fixed picture window in NJ on the Okna 800 series

Thank you for the input, most likely the sills are not rotted. i was looking for ballpark i live in Central NJ Can you offer a suggestion of which models to go with ?

Scope of work
remove old windows and discard replace or fix and water damage
Install new window
Insalate etc !

What can i expect for an Estimate on an install of 6-Double Hung 1- Double, Double Hung 1-Triple with a fixed window in between.. (2 Double Hung/ 1 - Fixed) In addtion can someone tell me the proper way to install a replacement window? I would like the correct info, So i know what ia m talking about...

Thank you for the information lots of valid points. I have a contractor looking to sell me the the starmark windows by okna, looks like it is a better material... any insight ? and are you a OKNA Dealer ? are you an Installer ?

Why are the OKNA windows Better than the Northeast Building Supply windows?.. FYI - Power windows are not doing the install, I will not even let them thru the front door very arrogant people... asked them to stop calling 6 times
