Agree, the Okna 600 is the obvious choice. Simonton is a very outdated window and doesnt perform nearly as well as the others. Dont get sucked in by a cheap price.

Important to note that most window companies do not remove and reinstall window treatments of any kind. Installing from the outside would still be an issue with interior shutters. To be honest, most companies dont do any painting or touch up painting. A one man show may do something like that.
Also, close up pics tend to exaggerate small imperfections that are more than acceptable. A hole the size of a pin can appear large if a picture is taken very close up with a phone.

Pricing has gone up SUBSTSANTIALLY the past 2 years and it’s getting worse.

The Okna is a great window and is the best of that bunch while pella is at the bottom.
The Okna 700 is their casement window. They also have double hungs and sliders as well.
Okna is known for their superior energy efficiency and structural integrity.

Since windowdirectcincy is the only true sunrise dealer here, i would take his word. I have used sunrise on more than a few occasions including a large bow window and never had one issue. Its a solid product offering.

If you hired a reputable company, you are good, simple as that.
Most companies that use higher end products usually do good installs.

I am in agreement. There is nothing shady about them cashing your check. You cancel, they send you out a check. Whats the big deal with that?
