I don't want wood but am open to vinyl or fiberglass. not many vinyl windows come in the size I need though.

I have not decide on the siding for my house yet but I am pretty certain that I will want a dark exterior window color. which is why I figured a black finish all around would be nice. Inline's brown might be darker than I think, which would be good. I am hoping the rep is sending me a sample.

hmm, never heard of those.. I do know that the builders I have talked to so far have mentioned using pella, milgard and jeld wen and cascade. I don't think I would use jeld wen or pella.

yes I actually prefer vinyl for the cost and low maintenance. white is perfect for the interior though I was hoping for a darker exterior color, but I know that might not be an option. I will have only picture and casement windows as well as a French patio door and sliding patio door.
