Aluminum over wood is the norm , if done right it In excellent solution, if done wrong it can look bad and create water problems. A good pro could handle that situation either way . I think the aluminum work is an art and it really separates the pro’s from hacks’s.

If the installation details are all the same I’d go with Soft-Lite. There upgrades to boost u-value and I think sash e reinforcement will boost the air infiltration number. Not familiar with Analin.

The cut back of the stucco requires more precision and time Both will work . Leaving frame in is more reliant on caulking and not warranting it is a little problematic. The condensation resistance number is what you need to look for on the A250.
