I'd agree. R20 is terrible.

The Restorations, Okna, and a few others are much better than the Infinity for air leakage. If that is a concern of yours, be advised.

The Softlite is the better window for sure.

Fibrex is a good idea from a marketing perspective and that's about it. It offers no other benefit.

Softlote pro or Okna 400. I agree with the other comment though, that the 500 or 800 from okna would be a big step up, as would the Elements with Softlite.

Sorry to hear that bayfeet. Unfortunately you are not alone, and I am hearing the same story with more frequency lately. I don't know of any lawsuit, but perhaps one will come sooner than later. If nothing else, this is certainly not reflecting on Softlite as a company in a positive manner.
