I've used both companies, but not those specific products. I found the build quality on the Milgard to be better as well as the install ease given the more true and robust product. Stuff on the West Coast is a bit different than what we have here on the East Coast, but that is the most feedback I ca...

Any and all manufacturers should have a 3 coat Low-e (Low-e 366 by Cardinal most likely) for your region. I would ask any of the folks for that glass solar range.
