The okna 600 also has a metal handle but lower profile and on top sash, its nice looking. The handles on the 800 have no issues that i ever heard.

Agree, the Okna contractor probably quoted you for a replacement install which is fine if they are using foam and the sunrise contractor quoted you for new construction.
