anyone know anything about American Home Design Freedom Window in Nashville, TN? The company won't supply me anything that tells me what it is and I don't want to do a contract without a definition because definitions could change.
They are quoting about $13,700 to do all my windows so figure I deserve a definition and a price breakdown, but I haven't gotten it.

Many companies will not give a detailed breakdown of materials and labor, so I wouldn't get too concerned about that. However if they won't supply you with details on window's energy efficiency, installation procedures, warranty etc. I'd pass on their offer and look for windows elsewhere.
