fresh air inlets for IAQ

Does anyone know of any American or Canadian window manufacturers that offer the European style fresh air vents? These generally have a net free area of 4-6 square inches. I know of several companies that offer these in Washington State, and a handful in NY. These are used to supply fresh air to replace air exhausted by low cfm continuous exhaust fans, as one means of meeting the outdoor air requirements of ASHRAE 62.1 and 62.2 Thanks for your input.
