HELP - Windows condensation problem

Greetings,

I have taken delivery of my new home in Sarasota, FL. The windows (made by Florida extruders Intl) are definitely aluminum, double clear glass and they are SOAKED in water every morning, glass and frame included. Is this normal and due to the aluminum, or do you think thi sis a flaw in the installation? I can understand a little condensation, but this is really something else. Any advice would greatly help as I plan to notify the builder. Thanks!!!
