Philips Products - Warranty

I just found out that Philips Products was closed in July 2009. Does anyone know if the dual-pane windows warranty is still being honored by the parent company Tomkins PLC (UK) or by Kinro, Inc. that bought some of the products and equipment?

I have a sliding door that has streaks on the inside of both doors. BTW the frames are made of vinyl.
