Looking for Good Installer in Hartford CT area

I have a need to replace 17 double hung, a bay, and a kitchen window that will either be a slider or a small box. Although the world of windows is quite overwhelming to us newbies, the wife and I are gaining in knowledge, thanks in part to sites like this one.

Accordingly, its obvious that, whatever product we choose, the installation is critical.

Anyone with advice, and or a referral?

I've also encountered an apparent difference between the direct-to-consumer window companies and the install pro's that could be a problem. Since I've only spoken to one installer, however, I'm hoping this is an anomaly. The window companies have a warranty for parts and labor that both extend for lifetime, or long enough to be my lifetime. The installer I spoke with provides (via manufacturer) a decent enough product warranty, but a meager 1 year labor warranty. this makes it difficult for me to choose that route, even though I would prefer an area installer of good repute.
