Identifying Window Manufacturer

I'd like to identify the manufacturer of an aluminum-clad wood casement window that I have. The code on the aluminum spacer of the glass is B16291Y27B2M. I believe the window was manufactured in 1991. I can't find any other information on the sash or frame. I would appreciate any help on decoding this information.
