I hope that someone who has contact at Schuco will get this to the appropriate person at Schuco. Saturday I had two double hung Corona 4000 windows installed. One has a defective weld (not sure if that is the right term) where the top and side of the window come together. If this was my first experince with Schuco and I hope it won't be my last. I am very dissapointed.
Sounds serious Chris. I don't blame you for venting here. Who did you tell your concerns to over at Schuco and who was your dealer? What was the response from each?
I have not spoken with Schuco. The project manager from my dealer is not happy and he is ordering replacements. The whole thing is very complicated. I sent you an e-mail with my number if you would like to get all the details.
