I had them at my house 2 days ago for an estimate. The company gets good reviews on Angie's List (www.angieslist.com). But, honestly, the samples were about the ugliest windows I've ever seen. I don't want them in my house.

If you want to pursue it, ask the local franchisee how long they've been in business. Then, ask who honors the warranty- the local franchisee, or Vinlymax (the manufacurer of the windows). A warranty is worthless if the issuing company goes out of business. If it's honored by the window manufacturer, you will likely have to pay shipping, handling, and installation costs.

If you're still interested, insist on seeing life-size window samples before you sign anything. A reputable dealer will have samples that you can look at.
