I was on this site in November trying to make an educated decision about replacement windows. I said I would post when the job was done. They completed the job and I am very pleased with the outcome. While I liked the RBA look because they inserted into the existing frame, (which would have helped with some of the smaller windows) I am very pleased with the way these look and can already tell a difference. It is snowing and very cold outside right now and the inside pane is not nearly as cold to the touch as my previous windows were. The installers were professional and took their time in getting the job done, they cleaned up after themselves and unless something goes really awry later, I am sure I made the right decision.
