My 19yr old 68 x 46 sash frame Marvin windows (CDHP6846) are low-E argon, suffer from water condensation, and the bottom frame is showing signs of rot.
How does one go about getting an estimate on replacing these Marvins with Harveys. Sould I expect problems?

Where is the home located?
You can usually contact Harvey for a suggested list of their vendors in a particular area.

+1....... Is there any particular reason why you've zeroed in on Harvey?

I like Harvey window that I purchased a few years ago, and Harvey replaced it under no-fuss warranty when condensation occured.
However, Harvey deals only with local contractors (on which I have no experience)
