Identifying Window Manufacturer and model

I'd like to identify the manufacturer of my single hung windows. The code on the aluminum spacer of the glass is INE 90. The home was built in 1991. I can't find any other information on the sash or frame. I would appreciate any help.

Post up a picture. Tile the lower sash in (if applicable) and look for a label on the sash or in the jambs.
