I’m in the process of getting quotes to replace 26 windows in total. I don’t really know if I should go with either the Okna 500 series or Provia Aspects as they’re about 8k cheaper. I’ve included a breakdown of window sizes and quotes below. My questions are:
Is the Provia Aspect a good window or should I steer clear of these? Are the Okna 500 series worth the extra money? Is it worth paying 60 per window more for 600 series(800 were $80 per window). Are these quotes about the average of what others paying or are they high?
Okna 500 series w/ grids $26324; add 25/window for full screens.
Provia Aspect w/ grids, upgraded locks, full screens, and neopor: $18,420 or 22,100 for triple pane.
1X 71x46 slider;
2X 47X46 tempered slider;
1X 95X58 (really 3 double hung together; 1X 34X58 $ 2X 29X58);
8 35X70
12 34X58
Okna & Provia quotes.

Re: Okna & Provia quotes.
The Okna is a better window than the Provia in that comparo.
And for the one time charge, I like the 800 more than the 500.

+1, the Okna is superior and the 800 is excellent if you can swing it. Pricing is within the normal range
