Simonton daylight max vs soft light classic plus

#1 Post by Knine »

Hello,

Rather new here but I have a few rentals in Colorado that need new window. I am doing one a year for the next few years; and While I don't need anything super high end I do not want to do this every 5 years, so a mid year is good a good fit. I got quotes from 2 different companies with the simonton daylight max about 1k more. I am not sure if it's worth it or if it really .matters for a rental but want to ensure that I am getting my money worth any suggestions? Thank you for your help

Not sure the Simonton is worth as much, let alone more than the Soft-Lite.

Ask your Soft-Lite vendor to get a quote on the Imperial Elite.

Perfect advice above, I can only put an exclamation point on what's already been said.

Thank you very much. For 10 Windows ranging in size the difference is about 500 a window. Not sure it's worth it for a rental we may just go with the classics. But thank you for saving me from the simontons.

$500 a window? Or total?

That seems a bit off to be frank. It's the better unit, but not $500 buck better.
