Millard just delivered three new construction v3000 windows today. The frames were completely scraped up, the corners appeared sloppy, and the screen was ripped in a few places.
Is it possible that I am being too picky? I've never bought new windows before, so I'm not sure if this is normal or a one-time occurrence.
Thank You.

Big difference between the flange being marred up and the actual frame being scratched if that is what we are talking about.
As much as we try, we tear screens just handling them. That is an easy enough fix, but if the frames are marred up where they are going to be seen, that is not good.

Pics would help... although as WoW alluded to, big difference here between scuffs and scratches in an area of the product that will be seen after install vs hidden.
